Resumen de La excepción que confirma la regla: la ausencia de mujeres relevantes para la literatura española en los manuales escolares

  Los libros de texto tienen una importante carga ideológica que influye en la construcción de identidades del alumnado, y el invisibilizar a las mujeres que han formado parte de la historia o fragmentar la realidad con la ausencia de las mismas, es un hecho que actualmente se puede observar en los manuales escolares. Este artículo trata de mostrar que las mujeres relevantes de la literatura española no fueron una excepción, sino que eran reconocidas por la calidad de sus obras, pero no sabemos nada de ellas porque el sexismo existente las ocultó entonces y la falta de igualdad actual las invisibiliza hoy. En las siguientes líneas se justifica la necesidad de incluir más mujeres en los libros de texto como parte de las distintas etapas literarias teniendo en cuenta las pocas mujeres en la literatura española que aparecen en los manuales escolares andaluces desde el siglo XIX hasta la actualidad, con el objetivo de favorecer el desarrollo integral de los jóvenes.
