Resumen de Dos documentos educativo-culturales del anarquismo libertario en el exilio francés (1945)

En este texto se presentan, contextualizan, comentan y transcriben dos folletos sobre temas educativo-culturales, fechados en 1945, producidos y editados por el anarquismo libertario español en el exilio francés. El primero de ellos, los Ensayos sobre Organización de la Educación Nacional, fue escrito por el maestro freinetista José de Tapia y Bujalance (1896-1989). Del segundo, la Memoria del Congreso de Federaciones Locales celebrado en París del 1º al 12 de mayo de 1945, se transcriben solo el «Dictamen correspondiente al apartado f) del Punto 9 que trata del orden cultural y de educación nacional», y el «Dictamen correspondiente al punto 22 que trata del Control de Prensa y Propaganda (con carácter circunstancial)»

This paper will present, contextualize, comment on and transcribe two leaflets on educational-cultural issues —dated in 1945 and produced and published by the Spanish libertarian anarchism in the French exile—. The first, the Essays on the Organization of National Education, was written by the Freinetist teacher, José de Tapia y Bujalance (1896-1989). From the second, the Memoir of the Local Federations Congress held in Paris from 1 to 12 May 1945, we transcribe only the «Decision corresponding to the section f) of point 9 that deals with the cultural and educational national order», and the «Decision corresponding to point 22 that deals with the Control of the Press and Propaganda».
