El archivo monacal y su libro de Protocolo, junto con las fuentes civiles y religiosas ya estudiadas y conocidas por otros autores, nos ofrecen unos datos que nos permiten realizar un estudio de los bienes raíces rústicos, así como de los censos y tributos más comunes pertenecientes a la comunidad de San Leandro durante el periodo medieval. Con ellos expondremos las pautas de formación y origen del mismo a partir de adqui-siciones directas (compra-venta), donaciones pro remedio animae y mediante la dote de las religiosas aspirantes. En este estudio se recogen también la tipología de los bienes, así como los negocios a los que los fueron sometidos.
