Resumen de El capital, el estado y el mobbing. Hacia un estudio sociogenético de las causas históricas del fenómeno

El trabajo pretende sostener cómo se articula históricamente, la aparición del mobbing como fenómeno social. Se parte brevemente desde una perspectiva sociogenética (Elías (1998). Primeramente presentamos una propuesta metodológica de análisis; para enseguida reseñar el advenimiento del sistema capitalista de producción. Se exponen y confrontan algunas visiones del advenimiento del Estado nacional y de su conformación burocrática; la que interpreta y modela la vida cotidiana de los sujetos al interior de los aparatos burocráticos y de las empresas generadoras de capital. De ahí pasamos a hacer un breve e incipiente rastreo de lo que consideramos puedan ser antecedentes del fenómeno en otras épocas. Posteriormente se hace un breve ejercicio conceptual del fenómeno en alguna literatura al respecto, para mostrar en qué cuestiones no se ha penetrado. Al respecto, no se busca la aparición del fenómeno a partir del concepto, sino a partir de actitudes humanas que pudieron en otras épocas, ser similares a este fenómeno.

The work tries to maintain how it articulates historically, the appearance of mobbing like social problem. Part briefly from a sociogenetic perspective (Elías (1998). Firstly we presented displayed a methodical proposal of analysis; immediately to review the coming of the capitalist system of production. Some visions of the coming of the national State and its bureaucratic conformation are exposed and confronted; the one that interprets and models the daily life of the subjects to the interior of the bureaucratic apparatuses and the generating companies of capital. Of we happened there to make a brief and incipient tracking than we considered can be antecedent of the phenomenon at other times. Later a brief conceptual exercise is made of the phenomenon in some Literature on the matter, to show in what questions have not been grasped. On the matter, the appearance of the phenomenon from the concept, but from human attitudes does not look for that could at other times, being similar to this phenomenon.
