El objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación ha sido realizar un estudio histórico-jurídico sobre el derecho fundamental a la información en la relación médicopaciente, la evolución de esta relación a lo largo de la historia y la incidencia que, el documento conocido como Consentimiento Informado, ha llegado a tener en la sociedad actual.

The main objective of this work of investigation has been to make a historicallegal study on the fundamental right to the information in the relation between a patient and physician, the evolution of that relationship throughout history and the incidence that, the document known like Informed Consent, has gotten to have in the present society.
