    • WE read with interest the article on veterinary career identity (Page-Jones and Abbey 2015), and the link to ethical work climates and the perceptive connection to wellbeing in the associated editorial (Allister 2015). At a time when the RCVS and BVA are highlighting the need to address levels of stress in our profession, research in this area is both welcome and overdue.
