Los estóicos y los derechos naturales

    Desde la antigüedad algunos estoicos daban su opinión sobre la realidad histórica, lo que era moral en unos tiempos en otro lo dejó de ser. En cambio, la libertad, la justicia, la paz mundial son exigencias propias de un bien común, donde desde la antigüedad algunos sabios definen la ley como: "la razón soberana, grabada en nuestra naturaleza que prescribe lo que debe hacerse y prohíbe lo que es preciso evitar" ya que para empezar a hablar de DERECHO hay que partir de la ley. La filosofía medieval, moderna y contemporánea reconocen la existencia de justicia anterior y posterior a toda ley positiva las cuales transforman el derecho en general, origen y mutación de los delitos y sus penas. Durante el transcurso de los tiempos algunos pensadores dan su opinión sobre las leyes naturales y su existencia de ser, la manera de obrar y vivir conforme a las leyes de la razón para mantener el bienestar ya que al desobedecer, se cae en el delito.

    Since ancient times some Stoics gave his opinion about the historical reality, what was moral in a few times elsewhere left him be. On the other hand, freedom, justice, world peace are requirements of a common good, where since ancient times some scholars define law as: "the sovereign reason, recorded in our nature that prescribes what should be done and forbids so you must avoid" since to start talking about right there is to break the law. The medieval, modern and contemporary philosophy recognizes the existence of Justice before and after all positive law which transformed the law in general, origin and mutation of the offences and their penalties. During the course of time some thinkers give his opinion about the laws of nature and its existence be, how to act and live according to the laws of reason to maintain well-being since to disobey, he falls into the crime.
