    Son 200 años tratando de reconocer derechos que desde siempre debimos haber tenido; sin embargo, su respeto y garantía se encuentra en construcción y defensa, porque aún se siguen vulnerando.

    La presente reflexión busca revisar los diferentes pasos que se han dado a través de la historia legislativa colombiana en sus diferentes épocas, buscando establecer cuales han sido, en el tiempo, las variaciones del trabajo desde el momento de la independencia hasta la constitución actual de Colombia, la del año de 1991.

    There are 200 years trying to recognize rights that we should always have been; nevertheless, their respect and protection is under construction and defense, because the rigths are still being infringed.

    This reflection makes a review the different steps that have been taken through the legislative history of Colombia in their different times, in order to establish what were the variations of the work from the time of independence until the present constitution of Colombia, in 1991.
