    El artículo analiza el grado de incidencia del Derecho internacional de los Derechos humanos � aplicable en tiempo de paz � y el Derecho internacional humanitario � aplicable en tiempo de conflicto armado � en la protección de la población desplazada en Colombia. Desentraña el alcance de las previsiones contenidas en los Principios Rectores del Desplazamiento Interno de Naciones Unidas y su aplicación por la Sentencia de la Corte Constitucional colombiana T-025 de 2004. Identifica las áreas que necesitan un mayor desarrollo y concluye que la interpretación y aplicación del Derecho por la Corte Constitucional colombiana, en el caso objeto de estudio, incluye e integra normas internacionales e internas

    This article analyzes the impact of both, International Human Rights Law � applicable in times of peace � and International Humanitarian Law � applicable in times of armed conflict � on the protection of the internally displaced population in Colombia. It explores the scope of the Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement of United Nations and its application by the Colombian Constitutional Court in the Sentence T-025 of 2004. It identifies areas for further development and concludes that, in this case study, the interpretation and application of the Law made by the Colombian Constitutional Court includes and integrates international and internal rules.
