    En el presente artículo el autor analiza la posición de los tratados internacionales en general, como asimismo, los tratados de derechos humanos y de integración en el sistema jurídico alemán, considerando la posición de la doctrina y la jurisprudencia emanada de la Corte Constitucional Alemana.
