un estudio con líderes del negocio y de recursos humanos en posiciones de alcance regional en Latinoamérica Sur

Resumen

Objetivo e interés del trabajo: El objetivo de esta investigación fue describir el rol de la función de recursos humanos hacia el futuro de las organizaciones. Esto resulta relevante en un entorno de complejidad que demanda una gestión adecuada de personas, para acompañar los desafíos organizacionales y asegurar competitividad.
Diseño de la metodología: Para cumplir con el objetivo se implementó un abordaje cualitativo por medio de la realización de entrevistas a gerentes generales y directores de recursos humanos, con el fin de obtener las opiniones desde el liderazgo del negocio y la propia función sobre el futuro del área de recursos humanos.
Resultados: Los hallazgos demuestran que el futuro rol de recursos humanos estará relacionado fundamentalmente con acompañar las transformaciones culturales, asegurar el talento necesario, ocuparse de la salud y bienestar de las personas, incorporar tecnología y dotar a las organizaciones de agilidad.
Implicaciones prácticas: Los resultados evidenciaron la necesidad de repensar el área de capital humano y rediseñar sus prácticas manteniendo el foco tanto en el negocio como en las personas.
