Resumen de Coexistence conflictuelle aux portes de la ville de Mexico: un ancien "pueblo" et une enclave sécurisée

The text analyses a conflict between the former inhabitants of a village (pueblo) located in a wooded area on the outskirts of Mexico City and new residents who moved into a high class, protected residential enclave which was built on land that the original inhabitants of the village consider as "their common land”. The text focuses on the processes of mobilisation, negotiation, territorialization and the local use of legal measures which over the last thirty years have characterized the relations between the different actors involved in the conflict.

Cet article analyse un conflit entre les anciens habitants d'un village (pueblo) situé dans une zone boisée en périphérie de la ville de Mexico, et des nouveaux habitants installés dans une enclave sécurisée de classe élevée. Celle-ci a été construite sur des terrains que les habitants originels du pueblo considèrent comme terres « communales ». Le texte examine les différents processus de mobilisation, négociation, territorialisation et les usages du droit qui depuis trente ans, ont marqué les relations entre les différents acteurs impliqués dans le conflit.
