  En este texto, se tratará la corrupción, desde el lado de la oferta, y se analizarán las medidas que, para combatirla, se han establecido. En general, es preciso destacar que, en el nivel internacional, se han abierto ventanas de oportunidad para el establecimiento de políticas anticorrupción, que tengan como desrinatarios los corruptores. Por una parte, existe ya una cierta conciencia del problema. Además, se han encontrado algunas soluciones (políticas públicas) para hacerle frente. Y, finalmente, políticos con proyección internacional han encontrado en este tema un espacio virgen para la legitimación y la buena imagen. En su conjunto, problemas y políticas han generado una ventana de oportunidad para decisiones internacionales, de gran calado simbólico

  In this text, we are going to treat the corruption, from the side of the supply, and we are going to analyze the measures that have settled down in order to fight against it. In general, it is necessary to emphasize that, in the International level, those measures have opened a window of opportunities for the establishment of anticorruption policies, that have the bribes as adressees. On the one hand, already exists certain conscience of the problem. In addition, there have been found certain solutions (public policies) to face it. And, finally, politicians with international projection have found in this subject a virgin space for the legitimation and the good image. As a whole, problems and policies have generated a window of opportunities for international decisions, of a great symbolic openwork
