En la apuesta teórica mas allá de la definición de los representantes y de lo que significa la Sociología Jurídica, se pretende hacer una articulación no sólo desde los teóricos de la Sociología Contemporánea y Clásica, sino desde los mismos fundamentos que permitieron decantar la cientificidad de la disciplina sociológica; dicha génesis se remonta a hacer un recorrido desde algunos pensadores considerados como pre-sociólogos, quienes sin ser sociólogos y sin siquiera existir la disciplina, sentaron las bases para crear y consolidar una ciencia que se encarga de analizar la sociedad y dar respuesta a las problemáticas, fenómenos y tendencias sociales.

In the theoretical commitment beyond the definition of the representatives and what the Legal Sociology means, it is intended to make a joint not only from the theoretical Contemporary and Classical Sociology, but from the same basics that enabled to decant the scientific nature of the sociological discipline; the genesis goes back through from some thinkers that are considered as pre-social scientists, that not been sociologists and those without existing discipline, laid the basis to create and consolidate a science that seeks to analyze the society and to respond to the issues, events and social trends.
