    El autor muestra las diferencias epistemológicas más importantes entre las tesis psicoanalíticas de Jacques Lacan, en su primera enseñanza, y la psiquiatría fenomenológica a la hora de abordar el fenómeno elemental psicótico en general, y el verbal alucinatorio en particular. Para ello el autor se sirve de la experiencia de �La Paz del Atardecer�, que se incluye en el capítulo X del seminario III �Las psicosis� de Jacques Lacan, como si de un fenómeno verbal alucinatorio se tratase. La psiquiatría fenomenológica apuesta por la comprensión (Verstehen) del fenómeno alucinatorio dando, a su vez, preponderancia al yo-percipiens y al significado. Por el contrario Jacques Lacan incide, en la primera etapa de su enseñanza, en el significante y en la explicación (Erklären) como el modo correcto de acceso a dicho fenómeno.

    The author reveals the most important epistemological differences among the psychoanalytical thesis of Jacques Lacan, on his first teachings, and the phenomenological psychiatry when it comes to approaching the elemental psychotic phenomena in general, and in particularly the verbal hallucinatory. For this, the author makes use of the understanding of �The sunset of life�, which it is included in the chapter X of the seminar III �The psychosis� of Jacques Lacan, as if verbal hallucinatory phenomena were. The phenomenological psychiatry has faith in the understanding (Verstehen) of the hallucinatory phenomena giving, in turn, preponderance to the I-percipiens and the meaning. On the contrary, Jacques Lacan incurrs into, the first period of his teaching, in the significant and in the explication (Erklären) as the correct mode of access to said phenomena.
