ULA, un presupuesto reconducido que ha aumentado once veces

    Para explorar el reflejo de la política bolivariana en la Universidad de Los Andes (ULA), con base en sus boletines estadísticos, se escruta el comportamiento del presupuesto asignado (PA) y la evolución de la matricula entre los años 1986-2008. Se observó la ausencia de PA-reconducido para los años 2006, 2007 y 2008, entre 1986-1998 la matrícula disminuyó en un 23%; entre 1998 y 2008 el PA creció once veces y la matrícula 0,7 veces. El Saldo Inicial de Caja creció consistentemente en todo el período. Se necesitaron 17 años para alcanzar el nivel de inscritos de 1987. El porcentaje de matriculados con respecto a la población andina de los estados Táchira, Mérida y Trujillo con edades comprendidas entre 15 y 24 años, pasó del 11,8% en 1987 a 6,4% en 1998.

    In order to explore the reflection of the Bolivarian policy on the University of Los Andes (ULA), based on its statistical bulletins, the behavior of the budget assigned (PA, in Spanish) and the evolution of the registration fees between the years 1986-2008 is scrutinized. The absence of PA redirected for the years 2006, 2007 and 2008 was observed, along 1986-1998 the registration fee decreased in 23%;

    between 1998 and 2008 the PA increased eleven times and the registration fee 0.7 times. The Initial Cash Balance increased consistently during the whole period. 17 years were needed to reach the level of students registered in 1987. The percentage of enrolled students in relation to the Andean population in the states of Táchira, Mérida and Trujillo with ages between 15 and 25 years old went from 11.8% in 1987 to 6.4% in 1998.
