    En este artículo se pretende presentar de una forma simple y clara el método Reeducación Postural Global (RPG) creado por Ph. E. Souchard, orientándolo a su aplicación a los problemas de la columna cervical. Las bases filosóficas de la RPG son la individualidad, la causalidad y la globalidad. Las bases fisiológicas, el alargamiento de los músculos estáticos acortados para corregir la postura. Las patologías del raquis cervical se clasifican en: hiperlordosis, hipercifosis, «jesús» y «esterno». La exploración consiste en: anamnesis, examen morfológico y palpación. El tratamiento se realiza por medio de una postura global incidiendo en las partes que más nos interesan.

    In this article it is sought to present of a simple form the method global postural reeducation (GPR) created by Ph. E. Souchard, guiding it to their application to those problems of the cervical spine. The philosophical bases of the GPR they are the individuality, the chance and the globality. The physiologic bases, the one lengthening of the static muscles shortened to correct the posture. The pathologies of the cervical spine are classified in: hiperlordosis, hiperkyphosis, «jesus» and «esterno». The exploration consists in: examining, exam morfologic and manual palpation. The treatment is carried out by means of a posture global, impacting in the parts that more they interest us.
