El mercado laboral venezolano: un contraste regional (Estado Táchira)

    A finales del siglo XX, una compleja crisis sacude a Venezuela con significativas repercusiones en el mercado laboral, aunque con ciertos matices en las diferentes entidades que conforman su organización territorial. En este sentido, y desde un punto de vista geográfico, este artículo se propone dos objetivos. En el primero se intenta establecer una relación entre los cambios ocurridos en la ocupación espacial y la reestructuración del mercado laboral para visualizar la evolución y situación actual. Esto al mismo tiempo, y es el segundo objetivo, permitirá explorar el mercado de trabajo en el Estado Táchira, una entidad fronteriza con Colombia, aspecto que le confiere ciertas particularidades con el resto del país.

    Around the end of century XX, a complex crisis jolts to Venezuela with meaningful repercussions in the occupational market, though with certain nuances in the different entities that certify their territorial organization. In this sense, and from a geographical point of view, this article is proposed objetive two. In the first is attempted to establish a relationship between the changes ocurred in the spatial occupation and the restructuring of the occupational market to visualize the evolution and current situation. This at the same time, and it is the objective second, will permit to explore the job market in the State Táchira, a frontier entity with Colombia, aspect that confers to you certain particularities with the rest of the country.
