    El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar la pertinencia de una hermenéutica crítica de la historia de la filosofía desde una perspectiva de género. A este respecto, primero, se recusan las objeciones metodológicas a este tipo de lecturas, para, en segundo lugar, presentar las claves androcéntricas de la biología, la antropología y la política aristotélica. La necesidad de esta tarea viene dada por la pervivencia de muchos tópicos aristotélicos en nuestros días.

    The aim of this paper is to show the need of applying a critical hermeneutics of the history of philosophy from a gender´s point of view.

    First of all, the methodological objections to this kind of analysis will be refused. Then, it will be presented that the biology, anthropology and political thought of Aristotle are determined by an androcentric bias. The need of this reading is due to the persistence of many of these topics nowadays.
