Principios metodológicos de selección y estructuración del contenido de los programas educativos

    En este trabajo se describen varios estudios que tratan de dilucidar la siempre difícil elección de los contenidos de los programas educativos y las soluciones alcanzadas, dentro del sistema educativo de la Federación Rusa. El objeto de esta investigación está determinado por la falta de de estudios con una base teórica y metodológica sobre la selección del contenido en la enseñanza general, así como por la necesidad práctica de revisar el contenido de las asignaturas clásicas y modernas. En los últimos años ha aumentado la contradicción entre las necesidades sociales de un sistema educativo y su propio contenido. Los cambios en la esfera política y económica, en relación con los problemas del medio ambiente y también en el uso de los sistemas informáticos, que integran las posibilidades de las herramientas anteriores en las actividades de las personas, han creado nuevas necesidades. El análisis de las investigaciones didácticas y metódicas, en el campo de la elección del contenido de la enseñanza, mostró que no se usan suficientemente los resultados de las investigaciones psícopedagógícas basadas en la Teoría de la Actividad. Esto es, muestran la necesidad de crear criterios y métodos constructivos, para la elección del contenido, como base didáctica del fundamento de las asignaturas concretas

    In this work are described several studies that try to clarify the always difficult election of the contents of the educational programs and the solutions reached inside the educational system of the Russian Federation. The object of this investigation is determined by the lack of studies with a theoretical and methodological base on the selection of the content in the general teaching, as well as for the practical necessity of revising the content of the classic and modern subjects. In the last years the contradiction has increased between the social necessities of an educational system and its own content. The changes in the political and economic sphere, in connection with the problems of the environment and also in the use of the computer systems that it integrates the possibilities of the previous tools in the activities of people, they have created new necessities. The analysis of the didactic and methodical investigations, in the field of the election of the content of the teaching, showed that the results of the investigations psicopedagogies based on the Theory of the Activity are not used sufficiently. That is, they show the necessity to create approaches and constructive methods for the election of the content, like didactic base of the foundation of the concrete subjects.
