    Un jarro ático piriforme de ca. 530 a.C. ofrece una forma característica de los vasos fenicios de cerámica y metal, que fue imitada por ceramistas etruscos. Sin embargo, la forma esférica del cuerpo hace suponer un modelo del Mediterráneo Oriental, para cuyo mercado pudo ser fabricado, lo que evidencia el prestigio que todavía gozaba en el Mediterráneo en la segunda mitad del siglo VI a.C

    An Attic black figures oinochóe, c. 530 BC, has a shape characteristic of the metallic and red slipPhoenician oinochóai. This shape was copied by Etruscan potters, but the spherical form is typical of Phoenicianand Cypriot jars pointing out that the oinochóe was made for the Eastern Mediterranean market and the con-tinuity of this prestigious P hoenician ritual form in the second half of the VI century BC.
