Resumen de El empleo del método de la historia en la investigación urbana

Se presenta una propuesta de metodología de investigación de los fenómenos urbanos de las ciudades contemporáneas, mediante el empleo del método de la historia, que posibilitará conocer los hechos urbanos mediante la identificación de las distintas temporalidades de sus componentes, para construir una estructura dinámica. Aquello posibilitará identificar las líneas de fuerza que interactúan en los fenómenos urbanos, su jerarquía y temporalidad de actuación, para poder intervenir en la modificación de los procesos, y no solamente en los hechos consumados, retomando el control del espacio para elevar el nivel de vida de los ciudadanos.

A proposal of methodology of investigation of the urban phenomenon of the contemporary cities is presented, by means of the employment of the method of the history that will facilitate to know the urban facts by means of the identification of the different temporary action of its components, to build a dynamic structure. That will facilitate to identify the lines of force that act between each other in the urban phenomenon, their hierarchy and performance in the time, to be able to intervene in the modification of the processes, and not only in the accomplished facts, recapturing the control of the use and occupation of the space so as to elevate the level of the citizens' life
